摘要
目的:优选生化益母口服液提取工艺。方法:在单因素考察基础上,采用正交试验,以苦杏仁苷、阿魏酸、浸出物为指标,变异系数权重综合评分,考察加水量、提取次数、提取时间对提取结果的影响。结果:生化益母口服液最佳提取工艺为加10倍量的水,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论:该工艺简单、稳定、可靠,可以用于生化益母口服液提取工艺,为生化汤进一步开发研究提供参考。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Shenghua Yimu oral liquid.Methods On the basis of single factor investigation,orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of water addition,extraction times and extraction time on the extraction results by taking amygdalin,Ferulic acid and extracts as indicators and comprehensive scoring of coefficient of variation weight.Results The optimal extraction process for Shenghua Yimu Oral Liquid:Add 10 times the amount of water and extract twice,each time for 1.5 hour.Conclusion The process is simple,stable,and reliable,and can be used for the production and extraction of biochemical Yimu oral liquid.Provide reference for further development and research of Shenghua Tang.
