摘要
住院医师核心胜任力的培养是住院医师规范化培训的核心内容。文章在研究胜任力相关概念的基础上,回顾了基于核心胜任力的住培课程设置等方面的情况,为进一步探索住培课程改革的实践提供参考。
The development of core competencies is central to residency training.Based on a review of competency-related concepts,this article reviews the design of competency-based residency training programs to provide insights for further curriculum reform.
