摘要
计算智能是基于计算或算法的智能,致力于感知和控制层次的不可算法化问题的解决,其兴起促进了计算机科学和人工智能的进一步发展。从认知哲学来追问计算智能到底是什么,与人工智能有什么不同,其中蕴含了哪些认识论和方法论,这些问题需要得到澄清。计算智能不论是作为一堆技能的组合,还是作为一种人工认知架构,或者是作为一个新的人工智能研究纲领,其实质是一种精确的适应性表征。
Computational intelligence is intelligence based on computation or algorithms,dedicated to solving non-algorithmizable problems at the level of perception and control.Its rise has promoted further development in computer science and artificial intelligence.Inquiring into what computational intelligence truly is from the perspective of cognitive philosophy,how it differs from artificial intelligence,and what epistemological and methodological implications it contains,these questions need to be clarified.Whether computational intelligence is regarded as a combination of skills,an artificial cognitive architecture,or a new research agenda for artificial intelligence,its essence is a precise adaptive representation.
