摘要
变应性鼻炎又称为过敏性鼻炎,是临床常见的一种疾病,其具有反复发作且无法根治的特点,且容易诱发鼻窦炎、变应性哮喘等各种并发症。通过研究近年来的文献发现,鼻内针刺治疗变应性鼻炎有选穴较少、见效迅速、疗程较短等优势,其机制可能与神经肽、炎性因子、菌群、代谢组学等有关。目前既有临床研究表明,鼻内针刺治疗能够有效治疗变应性鼻炎,文章通过查阅并总结近年来鼻内针刺治疗AR的研究机制的相关文献,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Allergic rhinitis,also known as allergic rhinitis,is a common clinical disease.It has the characteristics of repeated attacks and cannot be cured,and it is easy to induce various complications such as sinusitis and allergic asthma.Through a study of the literature in recent years,it is found that intranasal acupuncture has the advantages of fewer acupuncture points,rapid effect,and shorter course of treatment.The mechanism may be related to neuropeptides,inflammatory factors,flora,metabolomics,etc.Current clinical studies have shown that intranasal acupuncture treatment can effectively treat allergic rhinitis.This article reviews and summarizes relevant literature on the research mechanism of intranasal acupuncture treatment of AR in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
