摘要
调查医学临床实习生临床沟通能力及正念水平,并分析正念水平对临床沟通能力的影响,为临床实习教学提供指导。采用临床沟通能力测评量表对342名临床实习生进行调查,比较不同实习时长的临床实习生临床沟通能力及正念水平差异,对正念水平和临床沟通能力进行相关性分析。结果显示,不同实习时长对临床实习生的总体临床沟通能力及建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听得分差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);临床沟通能力量表共包括6个维度,其中正念水平和敏锐倾听、共同参与这两个维度呈正相关。研究发现,实习时长对临床实习生的临床沟通能力有一定的影响。实习4~12个月的临床实习生临床沟通能力测评量表得分最高。因此,各培养单位应加强对实习初期、后期临床实习生的临床沟通能力培养,通过提高临床实习生的正念水平进一步增强临床实习生的敏锐倾听与共同参与能力,从而提升其临床沟通能力,改善医患关系。
Investigate the clinical communication skills and mindfulness level of medical clinical interns,and analyze the impact of mindfulness level on clinical communication skills,in order to provide guidance for clinical internship teaching.A clinical communication ability assessment scale was used to investigate 342 clinical interns,comparing the differences in clinical communication ability and mindfulness level among interns with different internship durations,and conducting correlation analysis between mindfulness level and clinical communication ability.The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the overall clinical communication ability,establishment of harmonious relationships,and sharp listening scores of clinical interns with different internship durations;The Clinical Communication Ability Scale includes six dimensions,among which mindfulness level is positively correlated with acute listening and co participation.Research has found that internship duration has a certain impact on the clinical communication skills of clinical interns.Clinical interns who have interned for 4 to 12 months have the highest scores on the Clinical Communication Ability Assessment Scale.Each training unit should strengthen the cultivation of clinical communication abilities for interns in the early and later stages of internship.By improving the mindfulness level of clinical interns,their acute listening and participation abilities can be further enhanced,thereby improving their clinical communication abilities and enhancing doctor-patient relationships.
