摘要
为了解决船舶电站系统健康状态合理评估问题,本文首先遵循评估指标选取原则,参考船级社相关规范,选择出多个健康状态重要评价指标,构建综合评估体系;其次,通过专家打分,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重;然后输入各指标数据,通过模糊综合评价法(FCE)计算各指标及整个系统的健康状态得分。最终为船舶管理人员优化航行维护安排计划提供合理准确的评估依据,保证船舶航行安全。
In order to solve the problem of reasonable assessment of the health status of marine power system,this paper firstly follows the selection principle of evaluation indexes and refers to the relevant specifications of the Classification Society,selects several important evaluation indexes of the health status and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system;secondly,through the expert scoring,the weight of each index is determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP);thirdly,the data of each index is input,and the health scores of each index and the whole system are calculated by using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method(FCE).Finally,the reasonable and accurate evaluation basis is provided for the ship management personnel to optimize the navigation maintenance arrangement,so as to ensure the safety of the navigation.
