摘要
目的 探究家庭参与式接受与实现疗法对维持性血液透析(MHD)终末期肾病患者的影响。方法 选取2021年4月至2023年7月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的108例MHD终末期肾病患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组接受常规护理,于此基础上观察组接受家庭参与式接受与实现疗法。观察两组干预前后心理痛苦、社会疏离感、希望水平、症状群(DSI)及症状负担(DFSSBI)评分变化。结果 干预后,观察组心理痛苦评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组社会疏离感评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组希望评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组DFSSBI、DSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 家庭参与式接受与实现疗法可减轻接受MHD治疗的终末期肾病患者心理痛苦程度,协助其提升希望水平,改善社会疏离感,降低症状群负担。
Objective To explore the impact of family-involved acceptance and implementation therapy on patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 108 patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing MHD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April 2021 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received family-participatory acceptance and realization therapy on top of that.The changes in psychological distress,social alienation,Herth hope level,dialysis symptom index(DSI),and dialysis frequency,severity andsymptom burden index(DFSSBI)scores were observed before and after the intervention in both groups.Results After intervention,the psychological distress score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the social alienation scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),Herth hope level scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the DFSSBI and DSI scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family participatory acceptance and realization therapy can alleviate the psychological distress of patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing MHD treatment,help them improve their hope levels,alleviate social alienation,and reduce the burden of symptom clusters.
