摘要
目的 回顾性研究维他派克斯糊剂、氧化锌丁香油糊剂根管充填对隐裂性牙髓炎患者牙周情况及炎症因子水平的影响。方法 收集周口口腔医院2021年1月至2023年6月收治的隐裂性牙髓炎患者临床资料,根据治疗方案以配对原则将98例患者分为两组,接受氧化锌丁香油糊剂根管充填的49例为对照组,接受维他派克斯糊剂根管充填的49例为研究组。对比两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、松动度、牙周指标[牙龈出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)]、炎症因子水平[CX3C趋化因子配体1(CX3CL1)、白三烯B4(LTB4)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]及生活质量。结果 研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1、4周后两组BI、PLI、PD、疼痛、松动度与生活质量评分均降低,其中研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1、4周后两组LTB4、TNF-α、CX3CL1水平均下降,其中研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 维他派克斯糊剂治疗隐裂性牙髓炎效果更好,可抑制炎症反应,缓解疼痛,改善牙周症状,稳固牙齿,减小口腔健康对生活质量的影响。
Objective To study retrospectively the effects of Vitapex paste and zinc oxide clove oil paste on periodontal condition and inflammatory factors in patients with cryptic cleft pulpitis.Methods The clinical data of patients with occult-cleft pulpitis treated in Zhoukou Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were collected.A total of 98 patients were divided into two groups by the principle of matching according to treatment plans.Forty-nine cases treated with zinc oxide clove oil paste were control group and 49 cases treated with Vitapex paste were study group.The therapeutic effect,pain score,occlusion degree,periodontal indexes[gingival bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PLI),periodontal probing depth(PD)],inflammatory factor levels[CX3C chemokine ligand 1(CX3CL1),leukotriene B4(LTB4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 4 weeks of treatment,BI,PLI,PD,pain,mobility and quality of life scores were decreased in both groups,and the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of LTB4,TNF-αand CX3CL1 decreased in both groups,and the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste has better curative effect on the treatment of cryptomyelitis,which can inhibit inflammatory response,relieve pain,improve periodontal symptoms,stabilize teeth,and reduce the influence of oral health on quality of life.
