钛合金挤压薄壁型材变曲率拉弯成形工艺 被引量:3

Variable curvature stretch bending process of titanium alloy extruded thin wall profile

摘要 针对型材壁厚分布不均匀导致的拉弯成形后易发生表面褶皱甚至开裂缺陷的问题,对国产TC2钛合金挤压薄壁型材的拉弯成形工艺进行研究。由于型材拉弯零件具有大圆周、大曲率变形的特点,在对型材的壁厚尺寸进行详细测量的基础上,首先通过ABAQUS有限元模拟分析了型材拉弯过程的应力、应变和变形情况,以及型材拉弯过程中的变形特点;其次,通过型材拉弯工艺试验对模拟仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明:当预拉伸力和1次冷拉伸力为23~29 MPa时,预拉伸变形量为0.9%~1.5%;第2次冷拉伸力为15 MPa时,型材成形良好,未出现开裂、局部褶皱和回弹等严重缺陷。 For the problem of surface wrinkles and even cracking defects after stretch bending caused by uneven wall thickness distribution of profile,the stretch bending process of domestic TC2 titanium alloy extruded thin-walled profiles was studied.Due to the characteristics of large circumference and large curvature deformation of profile stretch bending parts,based on detailed measurement of the wall thickness dimensions for profile,the stress,strain and deformation as well as the deformation characteristics during the stretch bending process of profile were first simulated and analyzed by software ABAQUS.Then,the simulation results were validated by the stretch bending process experiments of profile.The results show that when the pre-stretching force and the first cold stretching force are 23-29 MPa,the pre-stretching deformation amount is between 0.9% and 1.5%,and when the second cold stretching force is 15 MPa,the profile is formed well without serious defects such as cracking,local wrinkles and springback.
