摘要
目的 探究陷胸逐瘀汤联合耳穴埋豆对胸痹心痛患者血流动力学及心绞痛症状的影响。方法 选取崇义县中医院内科2019年4月—2022年4月收治的胸痹心痛患者60例,依据随机原则分成两组,各30例。两组均给予常规西医治疗,观察组加陷胸逐瘀汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗,持续4周。对比两组心绞痛症状改善情况、血流动力学指标变化、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组心绞痛每周发作次数均少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组(P<0.05);两组心绞痛每次持续时间均短于治疗前,且观察组短于对照组(P<0.05);两组血浆全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论 陷胸逐瘀汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗能更好地促进胸痹心痛患者血流动力学指标恢复稳定,改善其心绞痛症状,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Xianxiong Zhuyu decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans on hemody-namics and angina pectoris in patients with thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia.Methods A total of 60 patients with thoracic obstruc-tion and cardiodynia treated in Chongyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to April 2022 were ran-domly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with the combination of Xianxiong Zhuyu decoction and auricular point pressing beans for 4 weeks.The improvement effect and hemodynamic changes of angina pectoris in the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reac-tions was counted.Results After treatment,the weekly frequency of angina pectoris in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The duration of angina pectoris in both groups was shorter than before treatment,and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Plasma whole blood high tangential viscosity(HBV),whole blood low tangential viscosity(LBV)and fibrinogen(FIB)levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and ob-servation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The com-bined treatment of Xianxiong Zhuyu decoction and auricular point pressing beans can better promote the hemodynamic recovery and stability of patients with thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia,improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,has high safety,and is worthy of promotion.
