摘要
《金匮要略》胸痹篇10方(含附方)所治,或因水饮,或因痰浊,或因阴寒,或因心胸气郁不畅,诸邪痹阻心胸,胸阳不振,气机不调,上下痞塞而致胸痹、心痛、短气诸证,其证或缓或急,或轻或重,若从阳气不足,阴邪痹阻,或阳气郁滞角度思考,则执简驭繁,临证不惑。
The chest discomfort of article 10 from Synopsis of Golden Chamber(attached) are treated, or because of drinking water, or because of phlegm turbidity, or because of yin is cold, or because of poor heart qi depression, the evil blockade heart, chest yang, qi activity is not adjustable, up and down the new plug to obstruction, heartache, shortness of breath syndromes, the syndrome or slow or quick, or light or heavy, if the sun be the spirit is insufficient, yinxu bizu, or sun be the spirit of stasis perspective, is of simple control, clinical perplexity.
