摘要
为适应安徽能源转型的新型市场主体参与市场交易机制,提出业务运作实时化、市场出清精益化、交易规则配置化、市场结算高效化、基础服务共享化、数据模型标准化的电力交易数字化平台架构,采用基于纳什议价合作博弈论的分布式资源聚合商优化互动方法,提高了新能源就地消纳比例与供电的可靠性。
In order to adapt to the new market players participating in the market trading mechanism of Anhui energy transformation,it proposes the electric power trading digital platform architecture of real-time business operation,lean market clearance,allocation of trading rules,efficient market settlement,sharing of basic services,and standardization of data models.The distributed resource aggregator optimization interaction method based on Nash bargaining cooperative game theory is adopted to improve the local consumption ratio of new energy and the reliability of power supply.
