摘要
提出了一种基于IEC 61970标准的变电站监控运维数据的建模方法,该方法将变电站内运维管理的8大类数据依照标准的CIM模型统一建模,对CIM模型进行多方面扩展,实现变电站内不同厂家承建的管理系统之间数据的同步无缝实时共享,各系统间数据高度融合,变电站监控环境更加友好,提高了变电站安全管理的效率,为变电站的日常安全稳定运行提供了坚实的保障。
This paper presents an IEC standardsbased modeling method for monitoring, controlling, operation and maintenance data in substations. In the paper, eight categories of data in substations are unified and modeled in accordance with the standard CIM models which are extended variously as well. With this method, data of different management systems built by different manufacturers, can be shared seamlessly and synchronously and then highly integrated to have an even friendlier monitoring and controlling environment for substa tions. As a result, the efficiency of the substation management is improved and a solid protection for safe and stable operation is provided.
