摘要
分析急性脑梗死介入治疗与静脉溶栓治疗的效果和患者的不良反应。选取河池市中医医院2021年9月—2023年11月收治的45例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(n=22)与试验组(n=23)。对照组患者接受静脉溶栓治疗,试验组患者接受介入治疗联合静脉溶栓治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后24 h、出院当天,试验组患者神经功能缺损情况评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者血管再通率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的血清学指标改善情况明显更佳(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对急性脑梗死患者实施介入治疗联合静脉溶栓治疗,可有效优化患者的治疗效果,改善患者的神经功能缺损情况,提升血管再通率,治疗安全性较高,患者的不良反应较少,建议临床推广应用。
Analyze the efficacy and adverse reactions of interventional therapy and intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.45 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Hechi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=22)and an experimental group(n=23).The control group patients received intravenous thrombolysis treatment,while the experimental group patients received interventional therapy combined with intravenous thrombolysis treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that 24 hours after treatment and on the day of discharge,the neurological deficit score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The reperfusion rate of blood vessels in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the improvement of serological indicators in the experimental group patients was significantly better(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing interventional therapy combined with intravenous thrombolysis for patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively optimize the treatment outcomes,improve neurological deficits,increase vascular recanalization rates,and ensure high treatment safety with fewer adverse reactions.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
