摘要
长期以来,我国部分皮革产业对外贸易处于弱势地位。为增强我国外贸型皮革制品加工企业国际竞争力,本文从差异化管理战略入手对该类型企业发展至今存在的问题,如技术壁垒问题、贸易摩擦、同行业竞争等进行解读,制定了一系列企业差异化运营策略,包括开展产业结构调整、应用高新技术、拓展多元化市场等。
For a long time,foreign trade of some leather industry in our country is in a weak position In order to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinas foreign trade leather products processing enterprises,this paper started from the differentiation management strategy to interpret the problems existing in the development of this type of enterprises so far,such as technical barriers,trade friction,competition in the same industry,and formulated a series of enterprise differentiation operation strategies including the adjustment of industrial structure,the application of high and new technology,and the expansion of diversified markets.
