摘要
战略管理概念模型构建研究是当前战略管理理论研究的前沿方向之一。基于战略管理正循环机制,建立了战略管理齿链模型;解构了战略管理的“驱动齿轮”“链条”和“从动齿轮”三要素;分析了战略管理齿链模型运行的机理;提出“目标-结构-资源”深化增强内生驱动力,链路环节密切衔接增强链条强度,体制机制“润滑剂”保障平稳高效运转,面向未来向智能化迈进——4个提高战略管理齿链模型运行效能。推动了战略管理正循环迭代的演进,为认识、改进和加强战略管理提供了理论参考。
The construction of strategic management conceptual models is one of the cutting-edge directions in current strategic management theory research.Based on the positive cycle mechanism of strategic management,a strategic management gear-chain model is established.The three elements of strategic management,“driving gear”,“chain”,and“driven gear”,are deconstructed.The mechanism of the operation of the strategic management gear-chain model 0x09is analyzed.The concept of“goal-structure-resources”to deepen and enhance endogenous driving forces,closely connect links to enhance chain strength,ensure stable and efficient operation of institutional mechanisms“lubricants”,and move towards intelligence towards the future—four methods to improve the operational efficiency of strategic management gear-chain models is proposed.It has promoted the evolution of positive cycle iteration in strategic management,providing theoretical reference for understanding,improving,and strengthening strategic management.
