摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,知识型员工在医院中扮演着越来越重要的角色,逐渐成为医院发展的核心力量。知识型员工拥有专业知识和技能,具备强烈的创新意识和自我价值实现愿望,对于提升医院核心竞争力具有重要意义。因此,从知识型员工的特点、医院人力资源管理的现状以及应用策略等三个方面出发,对知识型员工理论在医院人力资源管理中的应用进行深入探讨。
With the arrival of the knowledge economy era,knowledge-based employees play an increasingly important role in hospitals and gradually become the core force of hospital development.Knowledge-based employees have professional knowledge and skills,with a strong sense of innovation and self-worth to achieve the desire to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital is of great significance.This paper will start from the characteristics of knowledge-based employees,the status quo of human resource management in hospitals and the application strategy of the three aspects of the application of knowledge-based employee theory in human resource management in hospitals for in-depth discussion.
