A型门架系统滑动架力学性能分析

摘要 为了优化A型门架系统滑动架的结构设计,结合滑动架结构特征,建立滑动架自锁条件的数学模型,并提出基于滑动架自锁条件的导轨反力间距计算方法;建立滑动架力学仿真模型,并对不同导轨力间距和摩擦系数下的滑动架力学性能进行仿真对比分析。结果表明:导轨力间距和摩擦系数对油缸载荷具有较大影响,通过仿真对比分析可确定合适的导轨尺寸及其安装距离,可有效避免滑动架自锁且具备优良的滑动架力学性能。研究成果可为优化A型门架系统滑动架导轨设计提供一定参考。 To optimize the structural design of the sliding frame of the A-type gantry system,a mathematical model of the self-locking condition of the sliding frame is established based on its structural characteristics,and a calculation method for the distance between guide rail reaction forces based on the self-locking condition of the sliding frame is proposed;Establish a mechanical simulation model for the sliding frame,and compare and analyze the mechanical performance of the sliding frame under different guide rail force spacing and friction coefficient through simulation.The results show that the distance between guide rail forces and friction coefficient have a significant impact on the load of the oil cylinder.Through simulation and comparative analysis,the appropriate guide rail size and installation distance can be determined,which can effectively avoid self-locking of the sliding frame and have excellent mechanical performance of the sliding frame.The research results can provide some references for optimizing the sliding frame guide rail design of A-type gantry system.
