缓冲罐对往复压缩机橇脉动抑制作用的影响研究

摘要 针对往复压缩机在运行过程中所产生的气流脉动问题,详细地阐述了脉动分析技术的基本理论,并对管路系统中起脉动抑制起关键作用的缓冲罐进行了重点研究,从合理确定缓冲罐尺寸与内部结构型式两个方面进行了深入分析,进而提出了缓冲罐的设计建议。同时,结合某实际工程项目对研究成果进行了有效验证,并给出了一般的缓冲罐内部结构型式。 Aiming at the airflow pulsation problem generated during the operation of reciprocating compressors,the paper elaborated on the basic theory of pulsation analysis technology and focused on the study of the buffer tank that plays a key role in pulsation suppression in the pipeline system.From two aspects of reasonably determining the size and internal structural type of buffer tank,the in-depth analysis was carried out,and the design suggestions for buffer tank were proposed in the paper.At the same time,the research results were effectively validated in conjunction with a practical engineering project,and a general internal structure of the buffer tank was provided.
