摘要
随着科技迅猛发展,社会对创新人才的需求日益增加。高校作为人才输出的主要阵地,理应结合时代需求针对性调整人才培养方案。文章从新工科跨学科人才培养的必要性出发,综合分析了当前高校新工科人才培养的瓶颈,并在此基础上提出加强跨学科课程体系建设、优化人才培养模式、组建专业教师团队、增设多元评价指标等具体措施,以期为新工科创新创业人才培养提供有效参考。
With the rapid development of technology,the demand for innovative talents in society is becoming increasingly strong.As the main base for talent output,universities should adjust their talent cultivation plans in accordance with the needs of the times.Starting from the necessity of interdisciplinary talent cultivation in new engineering,the article comprehensively analyzes the current bottlenecks in the cultivation of new engineering talents in universities,and proposes specific measures such as strengthening the construction of interdisciplinary curriculum system,optimizing talent cultivation mode,forming a professional teacher team,and adding multiple evaluation indicators,in order to provide effective reference for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in new engineering.
