High Yield Cultivation Technology of Sorghum bicolor for Wine

摘要 粱是我国最早种植的禾谷类作物,也是世界五大谷类作物之一,素有“沙漠骆驼”的美称,不仅具有耐盐碱、耐涝、抗旱特性,而且在白酒酿造中发挥着其他谷物无法代替的重要作用。现以贵州省金沙县为例,就酒用高粱高产栽培技术展开探讨,以期为广大酒用高粱栽培人员提供参考。 Sorghum bicolor is the earliest cereal crop planted in China,is also one of the world's five major cereal crops,known as"desert camel",not only has the characteristics of salt-alkali,waterlogging and drought resistance,but also plays an important role in liquor brewing that can not be replaced by other grains.Taking Jinsha County of Guizhou Province as an example,the high-yield cultivation technology of Sorghum bicolor for wine was discussed in order to provide reference for the Sorghum bicolor growers for wine.
