摘要目的了解重庆市社会心理服务现状,为完善社会心理服务体系提出针对性改进措施。方法采用问卷调查的方式选取11个国家级试点区,对其社会心理卫生资源情况进行调查。结果试点区有73.77%的二级以上综合医院有心理门诊,乡镇卫生院/社区卫生服务中心中设立心理门诊或心理咨询室的占1.83%,使用率为50.43%。试点区设立心理咨询室(含社会)的181个镇街中,开展心理咨询的有145个,使用率为80.11%。试点区社会心理咨询机构现有373所,其中专业社会心理咨询室现有64所,有心理咨询师890人。结论重庆市社会心理资源分布不均,专业人才资源匮乏,心理卫生机构的实际使用率不高。建议重点加强空白区的资源配置,合理调配卫生资源;完善培养与教育体系,重点加强专业人才培养;促进精神卫生资源结构合理化,提高心理卫生机构的实际使用率。 Objective To understand the current situation of social psychological service in Chongqing,and put forward targeted improvement measures to improve the social psychological service system.Methods A total of 1l national pilot areas were selected by questionnaire to investigate their social and mental health resources.Results The proportion of the general hospitals in the pilot area who had psychological clinics was 73.77%,and 1.83%of the township hospitals/community health service centers have psychological clinics or psychological counseling,with a utilization rate of 50.43%.Among the 181 towns and streets with psychological counseling rooms(including society)in the pilot area,145 had psychological counseling,with a utilization rate of 80.11%.There were 373 social psychological counseling institutions in the pilot area,including 64 professional social psychological counseling rooms and 890 psychological counselors.Conclusion The distribution of social psychological resources in Chongqing is uneven,the professional resources are scarce,and the actual utilization rate of mental health institutions is not high.It is suggested to strengthen the allocation of resources in blank areas and rationally allocate health resources;Improve the training and education system,focusing on strengthening the training of professional talents;Promote the rationalization of the structure of mental health resources and improve the actual utilization rate of mental health institutions.
