摘要
为了显著提高莫匹罗星的产量以满足生产需求,针对莫匹罗星产生菌荧光假单胞菌株MF21-25的菌落特性、发酵工艺和发酵原材料等培养条件进行了优化研究,获得了最适的菌落培养条件和关键的发酵摇瓶培养影响因素。在优化后的实验条件下,莫匹罗星摇瓶效价达到6693μg/mL,比优化前的摇瓶效价4398μg/mL提高了52.2%。该研究结果可以为后续中试放大及工业化生产提供参考。
In order to significantly increase the yield of mupirocin to meet production demand,the cultivation conditions of the fluorescent Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain MF21-25,which produces mupirocin,including colony characteristics,fermentation process,and fermentation raw materials,were optimized.Through the optimization of culture conditions to obtain the best culture conditions of the high-yield strain and the key influencing factors of shake-flask fermentation.Mupirocin productivity under optimum fermentation conditions was 6693μg/mL in shake flask culture,which was 52.2%higher than that under the original condition(4398μg/mL).The research results can provide basic theoretical and technical support for pilot-scale amplification and industrial production.
