摘要
在《幼儿园保育教育质量评估指南》颁布实施的背景下,本研究从评估观念、评估实施、评估结果反馈与运用、困难与需求四个层面,对浙江省11个地市3088位园长、教师进行问卷调查。结果发现:在贯彻落实保教质量评估过程中,浙江省形成了整体推进与个性探索并存的相关经验,地区、园际和教师个体在评估理念和评估实践方面存在差异,幼儿园教师有接受培训指导和减轻负担的现实需求。本研究提出了相关建议。
Against the backdrop of the implementation of the Guidelines for the Evaluation of Kindergarten Care and Education Quality,this study conducted a questionnaire survey of 3,088 principals and teachers from 11 cities in Zhejiang Province,covering four aspects:evaluation concepts,evaluation implementation,feedback and application of evaluation results,as well as difficulties and needs.The results showed that Zhejiang Province has formed a combination of overall promotion and individual exploration in the process of implementing the evaluation of care and education quality.There were diferences in evaluation concepts and practices among regions,kindergartens,and individual teachers.Kindergarten teachers have practical needs for training guidance and workload reduction.This study also proposed related suggestions.
