采煤工作面多关键层周期来压规律研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对采煤工作面断裂带中含有多个关键层的情况,将所有支架的平均来压步距作为工作面的来压步距是不符合实际规律的。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种采煤工作面多关键层周期来压规律的研究方法。先对上覆岩层的“三带”、关键层情况进行分析,结合工作面矿压监测数据,以单位统计时间的工作面支架来压数为统计基础,通过算法获得支架来压数较多的日期作为关键层的来压日期。采用该方法对1201智采工作面的来压情况进行了研究,可得该工作面每次来压包含2次关键层的断裂,其中,第一关键层的来压步距平均值为17.5m,第二关键层来压步距平均值为17.9m,2次关键层来压步距平均差值0.4m,周期来压间隔步距为11.5m。通过与现场情况进行比对,采用新的计算方式与现场观测结果相近。 In view of the fact that there are multiple key strata in the fault zone of the coal mining face,it is not in line with the actual law to take the average weighting interval of all supports as the weight⁃ing interval of the working face.In order to solve the above problems,a research method of periodic weight⁃ing law of multiple key strata in coal mining face is proposed.Firstly,the'three zones'and key strata of over⁃lying strata are analyzed.Combined with the monitoring data of mine pressure in working face,the number of support pressure in working face in unit statistical time is taken as the statistical basis,and the date with more support pressure is obtained by algorithm as the date of key strata.This method is used to study the weighting situation of 1201 intelligent mining face.It can be concluded that each weighting of the working face includes the fracture of two key layers.Among them,the average value of the weighting step distance of the first key layer is 17.5 m,the average value of the weighting step distance of the second key layer is 17.9 m,the average difference of the weighting step distance of the two key layers is 0.4 m,and the periodic weighting interval is 11.5 m.By comparing with the field situation,the new calculation method is similar to the field observation results.
