摘要
目的:分析6种临床在用的有注册证的检测细菌性阴道病的产品的经济学价值,为从检验医学角度选出性价比最佳的产品。方法:根据文献报道的6检测产品(速蓝试剂、BVBlue■试剂、BV四联卡(丽拓公司)、BV四联卡(仕达思公司)、AffirmVPIII核酸杂交法试剂、免疫层析法试剂,分别用A、B、C、D、E、F表示)的单个测试的采购成本、效果和效用,以成本-效果分析(CEA,以成本与检测效果指标的比值(C/E)表示)、成本-效用分析(CUA,以成本与检测效用指标的比值(C/U)表示)和敏感性分析等方法分别进行经济学评估。结果:A、B、C、D、E、F等6种产品的C/E分别为11.36、16.39、10.22、29.89、68.18、27.32,C/U分别为15.21、22.51、15.26、44.44、93.02、40.32;C产品的C/E最低,A产品的C/U最低;敏感性分析证实CUA结果正确。结论:6种临床在用的有注册证的检测细菌性阴道病的产品,从CEA的角度看,C产品的性价比最高;从CUA的角度看,A产品的性价比最高。
Objective:Analyzing the economic value of six products approved for detecting bacterial vaginosis using in clinical laboratory,to select the best product with the best performance-price ratio.Methods:In six products of A,B,C,D,E and F were used to represent selective product,FastBlue kit,BVBlue■,sialidase kit,vaginal discharge artificial intelligence analysis system,Afrm VPII asay,immunochromatographic assay.According to the cost,effectiveness and utility of the products reported in the literature,cost-effectiveness analysis(CEA),expressed as the ratio of cost to detection effectiveness indicators(C/E),cost-utility analysis(CUA),expressed as the ratio of cost to detection utility indicator(C/U)and sensitivity analysis were used to evaluate each product economic value,and the best product was selected from three different angle.Results:The C/E were 11.36,16.39,10.22,29.89,68.18,27.32,and the C/U were 15.21,22.51,15.26,44.44,93.02,40.32,respectively.The C/E of product C was the lowest,the C/U of product A was the lowest,;the sensitivity analysis confirmed CUA results.Conclusion:In six products approved for detecting bacterial vaginosis,from the CEA perspective,product C has the highest performance-price ratio;from the CUA perspective,product A has the highest performance-price ratio.
