“三全育人”视角下民族学专业实践育人创新机制研究——以贵州M大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 “三全育人”是新时期推进高校思想政治工作的一项重大举措,立德树人是根本任务。民族学田野调查注重实践育人,是落实全员全程全方位育人的重要抓手。贵州M大学民族学专业从宏观上加强学科建设,拓展实践基地,中观上加强课程设计,丰富实践形式,微观上促进生生交流,赋能自我成长,多层面推进实践教学改革。促进“三全育人”效应,充实了育人主体,延伸了育人过程,扩展了育人领域。应在加强实践教学跟踪反馈机制、加大经费投入、推动产学研结合等方面进一步深化改革,可持续推进民族学专业与时俱进,培养新时期社会发展需要的新质生产力人才。 The"Three-All Education"is an important measure to promote ideological and political work in universities in the new era,and its fundamental task is to cultivate students'morality and talents.Field investigations,used as an important means of implementing comprehensive and all-round education for all staff,emphasize practical education.The ethnic study group at M University in Guizhou strengthens discipline construction at a macro level;expands practical bases,strengthens curriculum design at a meso level;enriches practical forms,promotes student exchange at a micro level;empowers self-growth,and promotes practical teaching reform at multiple levels.The"Three-All Education"has enriched the education subject,extended the education process,and expanded the field of education.In strengthening practical teaching,it is necessary to further deepen reforms in tracking feedback mechanisms,increasing funding,improving the integration of industry,academia,and research,and sustainably promote the advancement of our major with the times,cultivating new quality productive talents needed for social development in the new era.
