摘要
为优化医学检验技术人才培养方式,探讨多模块教学改革模式在医学检验技术人才培养中的应用价值,在检验医学教学改革过程中,通过优化检验技术人才培养方案、改革课程体系、调整理论教学与实验教学的比例、整合基础课程与检验专业课,同时开设“业求”实验班,进行多模块的理论、实践教学改革。多模块的教学改革模式提高了理论教学与实践教学的质量,检验专业毕业生的就业率提升至90%以上,“业求”实验班的细胞形态模块学生在全国竞赛取得好成绩。多模块教学改革为医学检验人才培养探索出了一个新的模式。
In order to optimize the training mode of medical laboratory technicians and explore the application value of multi-module teaching reform mode,through optimizing the training program of laboratory technicians,reforming the curriculum system,adjusting the ratio of theoretical teaching and experimental teaching,integrating basic courses and laboratory specialized courses,and setting up professional demand experimental class,to form a multi-module theoretical and practical teaching reform.The multi-module teaching reform mode has improved the quality of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,the employment rate of medical laboratory graduates has increased to more than 90%.In the professional demand experimental class,students in the cell morphology module have achieved good results in the national competition.The multi-module teaching reform explores new models for the training of medical laboratory technician.
