摘要
目的 探索虚拟仿真技术联合学习通平台开展“V-ONE”混合式教学在五年制高职护生急危重症护理学实训教学中的应用效果。方法 便利抽取某卫生高职校护理专业4个班219名护生作为研究对象,随机分成两组,对照组(n=109)实施传统实训教学,试验组(n=110)在传统实训教学基础上应用虚拟仿真技术联合学习通平台进行教学。实践教学结束后,比较两组护生的成绩、自我导向学习能力、教师及学生的教学实施效果评价。结果 试验组理论和技能评估考核成绩、自我导向学习能力显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组90%以上的护生对该教学模式有较好的评价和认同;教师及教育管理者也认同该教学模式。结论 虚拟仿真技术联合学习通平台有助于提升护生知识和技能水平以及自我导向学习能力,提高了急危重症护理学实训教学效果,获得了学生和教师的普遍认可。
Objective To explore the effect of virtual simulation technology combined learning platform to carry out"VONE"mixed teaching used in the experimental teaching of acute critical care nursing students in five-year vocational nursing students.Methods 219 nursing students from 4 classes of nursing major in a health vocational school were conveniently selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=109)implemented the traditional experimental teaching,and the experimental group(n=110)applied the virtual simulation technology combined learning platform to teach based on the traditional experimental teaching.After the practice teaching,the scores of the nursing students,the ability of self-directed learning,and the evaluation of teaching implementation effect of teachers and students were compared between the two groups.Results significantly higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).More than 90%of nursing students in the experimental group had a good evaluation and recognition of the teaching mode;Teachers and educational administrators also agreed with the teaching mode.Conclusion The virtual simulation technology combined learning platform can help improve the knowledge and skill level and self-directed learning ability of nursing students,improve the experimental teaching effect of acute and critical care nursing,and obtain the general recognition of students and teachers.
