摘要
采用固定总价合同的项目中,发承包双方容易陷入漫长的工程价款争议解决纠纷中。本文以固定总价合同项目为对象,归纳易导致该类项目产生价款纠纷的风险因素并构建指标体系,引入综合评价法来系统提出风险评价模型,并通过定量分析来剖析风险因素的重要程度。通过分析得出,技术因素对于工程款纠纷产生影响的程度最大,合同风险和支付风险在其后。最后针对关键因素提出针对性的对策建议。以期为项目相关方有效规避工程价款纠纷事件,提高项目管理质量提供借鉴。
In projects that adopt fixed total price contracts,both parties are prone to lengthy dispute resolution disputes.This article takes fixed total price contract projects as the object,summarizes the risk factors that may lead to price disputes in such projects,and constructs an indicator system.The comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to systematically propose a risk evaluation model,and the importance of risk factors is analyzed through quantitative analysis.Through analysis,it can be concluded that technical factors have the greatest impact on engineering payment disputes,followed by contract and payment risks.Finally,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for key factors.In order to effectively avoid engineering price disputes for project stakeholders and improve project management quality.
