摘要
EPC模式下常采用固定总价合同形式,与传统平行发包模式相比,总承包商将面临更大的项目管理风险。探讨分析市政工程中固定总价合同常见的风险因素,并根据不同的风险因素给出相应的防范策略,避免总承包商产生不必要的经济纠纷及损失。
A fixed-price contract form is often used in the EPC model.Compared with the traditional Design-Bid-Build model,the general contractor faces greater project management risks.This paper discusses and analyzes the common risk factors of fixed-price contracts in municipal engineering,and provides corresponding prevention strategies based on the risk factors,which aims to avoid unnecessary economic disputes and losses.
