摘要
本文总结了切削过程中的塑性理论和切削力研究现状,通过对滑移线场理论、刀具与切屑间应力应变、工件与刀具间摩擦以及切削力进行综述,对目前切削过程中存在的问题进行讨论,并展望未来的研究应融入更多相关学科理论,结合有关力学理论进行多层次、多因素的融合建模,形成系统、完整和应用广泛的理论。
This article summarizes the shaping theory and cutting force research in the cutting process.Through the review of slip line field theory,cutter-chip stress strain,workpiece and tool-to-tool friction and cutting force.The current problems in the cutting process are discussed,and it is expected that future research should integrate more related discipline theories,combine multi-level and multi-factor fusion modeling based on multiple mechanical foundations,and form a systematic,complete and widely applied theory.It provides researchers with the research progress of related theories,which is convenient for in-depth and more extensive research.
