摘要
PBX炸药在武器中有广泛的应用,由于其钝感性,可以通过机械加工的手段将其加工成所需形状;但是,从保证炸药车削加工安全的角度出发,研究炸药切削加工过程中力的大小与分布十分重要,本文根据PBX炸药材料的力学性能实验和切削实验的结果,采用有限元显式侵彻算法,研究适合炸药材料特点的弹塑性本构关系和等效应力的失效准则,模拟炸药切削过程;利用干切实验的结果,对数值模拟模型进行了修正和完善,切削合力的计算曲线与实验结果比较接近,随不同切削参数的变化趋势与实验基本一致,从而证明了此模拟方法是可行的。
The PBX explosive is applied in weapon engineering widely. Because of its lower sensitivity, it can be formed by machining. However, considering the safety of explosive cutting, it is important to know the cutting force of work piece and cutting tool. This paper describes how to simulate the cutting force problem in the course of explosive cutting using FEA explicit eroding method. The researches include the numerical algorithm, the finite element model, and constitutive model and failure mode of material etc. According to the results of axial parts cutting experiment, which is compared with the cutting force numerical simulation, this method is proved to be feasible.
