摘要
为适应交通行业朝着智慧交通、绿色交通及综合交通方向发展,培养道路与桥梁工程专业高层次技术技能人才迫在眉睫。紧紧围绕国家和区域经济产业发展重点领域,对接新职业,解析行业发展趋势与技术技能人才需求现状,厘清了路桥专业职业本科教育人才培养定位,探索道路与桥梁工程专业职业本科教育人才培养途径,构建了模块化、个性化、跨专业的课程体系,创新了“ERPC”的“四维一体”人才培养模式,为道路与桥梁工程专业职业本科人才培养提供指导。
The transportation industry is developing towards intelligent,green and comprehensive transportation,it is urgent to cultivate higher-level technical and skilled talents of roads and bridges engineering technology.Focusing closely on key areas of national and regional economic industrial development,this paper analyzes the development trend of the transportation industry and the demand status of technical and skilled talents,and pinpoints the personnel training orientation of roads and bridges engineering technology in higher vocational education of undergraduate course level,at the same time,explores talents cultivation approach,then constructs a“modular,personalized and interdisciplinary”curriculum system,in addition,innovates Four-in-one personnel training mode of“ERPC”.This research provides reference for guiding personnel training of roads and bridges engineering technology in higher vocational education of undergraduate course level.
