摘要
综述了己二腈的产业化进展和工艺技术路线,分析了己二腈的行业、工艺技术情况,指出国内己二腈产能的释放,以及全球尼龙产业重心向我国的移动,将为我国尼龙66行业的发展带来新的契机。相比于英威达等企业,我国拥有自主知识产权的己二腈生产技术尚有较大差距,企业面临巨大的生存挑战。未来几年,己二腈消费量增长将远不及产能的扩张速度,产能过剩风险较大。
The industrialization progress and process technology route of adiponitrile are summarized,the industry and process technology situation of adiponitrile are analyzed.It is pointed out that the release of domestic adiponitrile production capacity and the shift of the global nylon industry focus towards China will bring new opportunities for the development of China's nylon 66 industry.Compared to enterprises such as INVISTA,there is still a significant gap in the production technology of adiponitrile with independent intellectual property rights in China,and enterprises face enormous survival challenges.In the coming years,the growth of adiponitrile consumption will be far behind the expansion speed of production capacity,and there is a high risk of overcapacity.
