摘要
穴位敏化是穴位由“静息态”到“激活态”的动态变化过程。穴位敏化的类型包括形态变化及功能状态变化,通过相应的检测手段可以进行敏化穴位的探查。本研究基于敏化的特性将从穴位敏化的中医理论基础、敏化类型、敏化成像技术的研究、敏化机制的基础、临床诊断及治疗意义等方面进行探析,明确目前穴位敏化现象的诊断和治疗价值及其研究方向,以便更好地推进穴位敏化研究。
Acupoint sensitization refers to the dynamic process in which acupoints transition from a dormant state to an activated state.The types of acupoint sensitization include both morphological changes and functional state alterations.Detection methods corresponding to these changes can be employed to investigate sensitized acupoints.This study explored the phenomenon of acupoint sensitization based on its characteristics,including the theoretical foundation in Chinese medicine,types of sensitization,research on sensitization imaging techniques,underlying mechanisms of sensitization,clinical diagnosis and therapeutic significance.It nails down the diagnostic and therapeutic value of acupoint sensitization and its research directions,thereby advancing acupoint sensitization research.
