摘要
目的 探讨行气化瘀消肿方口服联合热敏灸治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿(PL)的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年6月江西省妇幼保健院收治的90例妇科恶性肿瘤术后PL患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。两组患者均予以常规治疗及管理,对照组予以热敏灸治疗,观察组予以行气化瘀消肿方口服联合热敏灸治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗2周时盆腔积液量、囊肿直径、中医证候积分、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分]以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗2周时盆腔积液量及囊肿直径均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗2周时中医证候积分及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论 行气化瘀消肿方口服联合热敏灸治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后PL安全有效,能加速囊肿消退、降低盆腔积液量,缓解患者症状,减轻疼痛。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of oral administration of Xingqi Huayu Xiaozhong prescription combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in treating postoperative pelvic lymphoceles(PL)of gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods A total of 90 postoperative PL patients with gynecological malignant tumors admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment and management.The control group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with oral administration of Xingqi Huayu Xiaozhong prescription combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion.The efficacy,the amount of pelvic effusion,cyst diameter,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pain level(visual analogue scale[VAS]score)and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups at 2 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks of treatment,the amount of pelvic fluid and cyst diameter in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The combination of oral administration of Xingqi Huayu Xiaozhong prescription and heat-sensitive moxibustion is safe and effective in the treatment of postoperative PL in gynecological malignant tumors.It can effectively promote cyst regression,reduce pelvic fluid accumulation,alleviate clinical symptoms,and relieve pain in patients.
