摘要
文化是新时代公立医院发展的重要精神力量。加强党建能够为医院文化锚定发展方向、牢筑政治底色,进一步推动医院内涵建设。本文分析党建与文化建设在精神内核、基本功能、建设路径的切合点,探索党建+医院文化的发展模式,促进基层党建积极引领医院文化健康发展,为推进医院高质量发展提供借鉴和参考。
Culture is an important spiritual force for the development of public hospitals in the new era.Strengthening party building can anchor the development direction for hospital culture and solidify its political foundation,further promoting hospital connotation construction.This paper analyzes the integration points of party building and cultural construction in terms of spiritual core,basic functions,and construction paths.It explores the development model of"party building+hospital culture,"promoting grassroots party building to actively lead the healthy development of hospital culture,providing references for advancing the high-quality development of hospitals.
