摘要
以北京大学第一医院为例,深入探讨公立医院党建业务深度融合体系的构建路径与实践成效。通过分析北京大学第一医院党委在思想引领、机制创新、资源整合等方面的创新举措,总结党建与业务融合的关键要素,为新时代公立医院高质量发展提供理论参考与实践范式。研究发现,党建业务深度融合需以制度创新为保障、以问题导向为核心、以文化凝聚为纽带,通过强化党组织功能、优化管理机制、激活人才活力,实现党建与业务同频共振,为健康中国建设实施提供有力支撑。
Taking Peking University First Hospital as an example,this study explores the construction path and practical effects of an integrated Party-building and business development system in public hospitals.By analyzing the hospital Party committee’s innovations in ideological leadership,institutional mechanisms,and resource integration,it summarizes key elements of integration between Party-building and core hospital operations,providing theoretical references and practical models for the high-quality development of public hospitals in the new era.The study finds that deep integration requires institutional innovation as a foundation,problem-orientation as the focus,and cultural cohesion as a bond.By strengthening Party organization functions,optimizing management mechanisms,and stimulating talent vitality,the hospital can achieve synergy between Party-building and business development,providing strong support for the implementation of the Health China initiative.
