摘要
介绍烦躁不安排乳反射的概念、评估工具、发生机制及影响因素等,从改变生活方式、加强社会支持、适当药物治疗和专科心理干预4个方面综述干预措施,以期为医护人员正确识别烦躁不安排乳反射,开展相关研究及干预实践提供参考。
This paper introduces the concept,assessment tools,mechanism and influencing factors of the dysphoric milk ejection reflex(D-MER),and reviews the interventions from four aspects:lifestyle changes,strengthening social support,appropriate medication and specialized psychological interventions,aiming to provide references for healthcare professionals to correctly identify the D-MER and to carry out related research and intervention practices.
