摘要
论文通过作者近年来参与住宅小区方案竞标的设计实践 ,结合特色楼盘 ,对住宅小区规划设计的相关因素进行剖析 ,力求寻找住宅规划设计的健康有效的设计思路。
This paper summarize my experience in the field of housing ares planning ,and analyze relative factors about it combine with characteristic property.This paper seeks to a healthy and effective way to plan residential quarter.
