摘要
中国正处于社会经济的转型期 ,由社会主义计划经济向市场经济过渡 ,市场这只无形的手操纵了发展商 ,也操纵了建筑师 ,因此探求一种适应社会主义市场经济需求的设计方法成为一种必然。本文通过在深圳地区的建筑设计实践 ,提出了互动设计这一设计模式。本文分析了互动设计的现实性 ,并通过对典型案例的分析 ,详细介绍了互动设计的实践过程。
China is now in the transition period from socialist planned economy to market economy. Like an invisible hand, the market manipulates the real estate developers and the architects as well. So it is a natural trend to go after the building designs that meet the needs of the socialist market economy. Based on the designing carried out in Shenzhen, this article puts forward the interactive design, a kind of design mode that brings about mutual co operation and mutual understanding between architects and real estate developers in the process of developing housing, and that makes the projects a success in the market. The interactive design is the sure outcome of commercializing the houses and pushing the designs to the market. It is also the correct and effective mode to promote dialogues between architects and real estate developers. The author makes a detail introduction of the actual process of interactive design, after analyzing its practicality and some exemplary cases to the respect.
