摘要 随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,食品安全问题日益突出,人们对食品安全问题的关注度也越来越高。为了减少农药在食品中的残留,需要在检测过程中引入样品前处理技术。样品前处理技术是根据样品性质和待测物质性质选择合适的方法,对样品进行预处理,提高检测效率和准确度。本文分析食品农药残留检测中样品前处理技术的重要性,探讨新形势下食品农药残留检测中样品前处理技术的应用,以期为新形势下食品农药残留检测提供更多有效的技术支持。 With the development of the economy,people’s living standards continue to improve,and food safety issues have become increasingly prominent.The public’s attention to food safety is also growing.To reduce pesticide residues in food,sample preparation techniques need to be incorporated into the detection process.Sample pretreatment technology is to select the appropriate method according to the properties of the sample and the properties of the substance to be measured,and pretreat the sample to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.This paper analyzes the importance of sample preparation techniques in food pesticide residue detection and explores the application of these techniques under new conditions,aiming to provide more effective technical support for food pesticide residue detection under new conditions.
