常村煤矿智能通风系统改造及应用 被引量:6

Transformation of intelligent ventilation system in Changcun Coal Mine and its application

摘要 为保证矿井通风安全,提高通风管理的实时性和有效性,常村煤矿开展主通风机管控平台等7个方面的智能改造。通风系统改造完成后,可对主通风机运行工况进行实时监测和故障诊断;可控制局部通风机对用风地点执行按需供风,并监测风筒漏风率;可对风门、风窗进行就地控制和远程自动控制;通过建设针对不同巷道断面的智能自动测风站,可缩短测风周期,实现通风参数的快速测定;通过多维度优化,建设通风智能化决策系统,可为矿井灾变期间通风系统调整提供辅助参考。实践应用表明,该通风系统智能化升级改造完成后,实现了三维可视化展示,用工成本节约了3%左右,通风系统能耗降低超过10%。 In order to ensure the safety of mine ventilation and improve the real-time and effectiveness of the ventilation management,Changcun Coal Mine carried out the intelligent transformation in seven aspects,including the main fan control platform.After the transformation of the ventilation system,the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis for the operating conditions of the main fan could be carried out.At the same time,the local fan could be controlled to perform on-demand air supply to the air use location,and the air leakage rate of the air duct could be monitored.The local control and remote automatic control of the air door and the air window could be carried out as well.In addition,through the construction of intelligent automatic air measuring station for different roadway sections,the air measurement cycle could be shortened and the rapid determination of ventilation parameters could be realized.Through the multi-dimensional optimization,the construction of the intelligent ventilation decision-making system could provide auxiliary reference for the adjustment of ventilation system during the mine disaster.Practical applications had shown that after the intelligent upgrade and transformation of the ventilation system,3D visualization display had been achieved,labor costs had been saved by about 3%,and the energy consumption of the ventilation system had been reduced by more than 10%.
