摘要
霍山石斛目前成熟的种植技术有大棚种植、贴树种植、林下碎石仿原生态种植以及林下山谷原石拟境种植,其种植所用的种苗均来自植物组培苗,植物组培苗生产成本高,且在培育过程都存在变异倾向。本文对大棚种植、贴树种植、林下碎石仿原生态种植以及林下山谷原石拟境种植这4种种植技术进行了总结,并从投资成本、收获产量、品质等方面对4种种植技术进行比较,提出了利用共生菌让种子在野外环境下自然萌发的新技术,以期为霍山石斛的高效种植提供参考。
The current mature planting technologies for Dendrobium huoshanense include greenhouse planting,against tree planting,simulated original ecology planting on understory gravel,and simulated habitat planting on rocks in the understory valley.The seedlings used for planting are all from plant tissue culture bottle seedlings,which have high production costs and a tendency to mutate during the cultivation process.This paper summarized four planting technologies of greenhouse planting,against tree planting,simulated original ecology planting of understory gravel and simulated habitat planting of rocks in the understory valley.Four planting technologies were compared from the aspects of investment cost,harvest yield,quality,etc.A new technology of natural germination of seed in wild natural environment by using symbiotic bacteria was proposed,so as to provide references for the efficient planting of Dendrobium huoshanense.
