摘要
益生菌补充剂产品在货架期内能否保持好的补充效果,取决于益生菌产品内菌株的稳定性。其稳定性的核心评价指标是产品中所含有的活菌数量以及产品的水分活度。本文通过对比两种益生菌补充剂产品的稳定性,描述总结出益生菌产品稳定性的测定方法。同时,通过实验结果得出益生菌补充剂产品稳定性的相关评价结论。
Whether probiotic supplement products can maintain good supplementation effect in the shelf life depends on the stability of the strains in the probiotic product.And the core evaluation index of its stability is the number of live bacteria contained in the product and the water activity of the product.By comparing the stability of two kinds of probiotic supplement products,this paper describes and summarizes the determination method of probiotic product stability.And draws the relevant evaluation conclusions of probiotic supplement product stability through the experimental results.
