摘要
探究在新时代下,如何利用双创孵化基地更好地推动大学生创新和创造产业发展并解决就业问题。分析双创孵化基地的科学内涵,阐述高校就业创业工作的重要意义,探讨双创孵化基地促进大学毕业生就业和创业的机制和有效实施路径。双创孵化基地能够提供关于基地构建、运行和管理的支持,充实高等教育的职业教育体系,在推动创新和创业、鼓励就业方面具有显著价值。在实现双创孵化基地最初目的方面,可以通过完善机制、创设平台和建设实践体系这三个步骤来推动高校大学生的就业创业。
This paper explore how to use mass entrepreneurship and innovation incubation bases to better promote the development of college students' innovation and creative industries and solve employment problems in the new era.The scientific connotation of themassentrepreneurshipand innovation base is analyzed,the significance of employment and entrepreneurship work in colleges and universities is explained,and the mechanism and effective implementation path of the massentrepreneurshipand innovation incubation base to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates are explored.The mechanism of Shuangchuang Incubation Base can provide support for base construction,operation and management,and enrich the vocational education system for higher education,and has significant value in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship and encouraging employment.In terms of achieving the original purpose of the massentrepreneurshipand innovation incubation base,the employment and entrepreneurship of college students can be promoted through three steps:improving the mechanism,creating a platform and building a practice system.
