摘要
在多主体交往系统内 ,由于个体间发展的差异性、层次性、多样性等特点 ,各参与主体在积极投入交往性互动活动的同时可以实现自我的知识建构、社会性素质建构、和人格建构等多方面的建构效应。任何一种构成的交往系统内不管采取何种交往形式 ,都必须首先具备实现有效建构的条件 ,即各互动方之间交往活动的理解性、反思性、真诚性。
In multiple subject syst em,the participants can more effectively realize the constructions of knowledge and social character and the same is the construction of personality.All constru ctions are based on the difference,hierarchy and variety of individual developme nt among the participants.The validation of constructions in multiple subject s ystem is determined by understanding,reflection,continual generation,honesty,sel f discipline of participants and guidance of teachers.
