摘要
目的:观察小青龙汤联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年6月汕头市澄海区上华镇卫生院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组接受孟鲁司特治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小青龙汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、不良反应发生率、肺功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。观察组咳嗽、喘息、胸闷症状缓解时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FVC、PEF、FEV1水平升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果显著,可缩短临床症状缓解时间,改善肺功能,且未增加不良反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods:A total of 100 children with cough variant asthma were selected as the study objects at Shantou Chenghai District Shanghua Town Health Center from June 2019 to June 2020,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montelukast,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom remission time,incidence of adverse reactions and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).The symptoms of cough,wheezing and chest tightness were relieved earlier in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of FVC,PEF and FEV1 in two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Montelukast has significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma,which can shorten the time of clinical symptom relief,improve lung function,and do not increase adverse reactions.
