摘要
在“大众创业,万众创新”的时代,创新型人才培养至关重要。面对新形势对创新人才的需求,应用型高校应加强创新人才培养,提升大学生的创新意识和实践动手能力。文章通过剖析应用型高校创新人才培养中存在的主要问题,提出了以“课程融创”为理念,构建“理论课外、校内校外、学校企业”的多元人才培养模式,并建立“三链”评价机制,以期不断提高创新人才培养质量,为其他应用型高校的人才培养提供有益参考。
In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,cultivating innovative talents is crucial.Faced with the demand for innovative talents in the new situation,applied universities should strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents,enhance the innovation awareness and practical skills of college students.The article analyzes the main problems in the cultivation of innovative talents in applied universities,proposes the concept of"curriculum integration and innovation",constructs a diversified talent cultivation model of"theoretical extracurricular,on campus and off campus,and school enterprise",and establishes a"three chain"evaluation mechanism,in order to continuously improve the quality of innovative talent cultivation and provide useful reference for the talent cultivation path of other applied universities.
